Because no two events are the same, we begin the process with a thorough consultation to understand your priorities and your vision for your event.

We’ll discuss details such as your guest count, creative direction, logistics, potential timeline, and more, so we can provide a proposal that accurately encompasses every element of your event.

Following our consultation, we will draft a detailed proposal for your event that includes your event’s scope and details, a sample budget, and a breakdown of your investment.

Our proposals serve as a comprehensive roadmap for your event, so we dedicate up to two weeks to preparing your proposal, conducting research, and outlining every element needed to execute your event seamlessly.

Once you’ve reviewed the proposal and discussed any outstanding questions with us, we’ll share an agreement and deposit invoice.

Once the legalities are complete, we’ll begin the planning process, diving into the details and bringing your vision to life.

When your event day arrives, we’ll execute flawlessly while you focus on your guests and the lasting impact of your event.

This approach ensures clarity, transparency, and flexibility from the start and allows us to seamlessly adapt as your event evolves.

Why?

As the event planning process progresses, it’s common for the scope to evolve, introducing more intricate details and additional complexities, and this often requires additional support, time, and resources. With our pricing model, there's no need for additional negotiations, allowing us to seamlessly adapt to changes or enhancements in your celebration plans while ensuring you always receive the level of service and attention your event deserves. 

Maintaining the integrity of your budget is extremely important to us, and once it’s set, we stay firmly within it, advocating for you and your financial goals at every turn.

We operate on a percentage-based pricing model, where our service fee is determined by a percentage of your total event cost. 

Corporate event planning service fees are between 25% – 35% of your total event cost, based on scope and guest count. 

During your consultation call, we’ll gather all of the information we’ll need to accurately quote your event, and your custom proposal will include your event’s scope and details, a sample budget, and a breakdown of your investment.

All events must have a minimum budget of $100,000.

Great question! We’ve designed our pricing structure to accommodate events of diverse budgets, and therefore operate on a percentage-based pricing model, where our service fee is determined by a percentage of your total event cost. The percentage is 25 – 35%, based on the size and scope of your event. Once we learn more information about your event during your consultation call, we’ll be able to tell you what that exact percentage will be for your event, along with a proposed budget. If you have any additional questions about this model, we’re happy to discuss it further during your consultation. 

How are your services priced?

We put together a very thorough proposal for you, which includes not only your quote, but also the details of your event such as design direction, budgets, vendor lists, and more, and due to the comprehensive nature of the proposal, the research and drafting process takes us about two weeks. So you can expect to receive your custom proposal within two weeks of your consultation call. 

When will we receive our proposal?

As much as you’d like to be! We consider our relationship a partnership, and will involve you in every design choice, planning decision, and more, while still being respectful of your time. We keep the experience easy and stress-free on your end. 

How involved do I need to be in the planning process?

Absolutely! Many of our clients first partner with us when their event is in Washington, D.C., and continue working with us year after year, no matter where their event takes them. We love planning events all across the globe and feel our skills shine brightest when we’re embracing new destinations and fresh challenges.  

Will you plan our event outside of DC?

FAQS

Great question! We use an event management platform called Aisle Planner to keep track of all checklists, to-dos, timelines and schedules, and everything else we need for your event. In addition to regular communication from us, you’ll have access to Aisle Planner to check on the progress at any point throughout the planning process.  

How will you keep us apprised of our event’s progress?

That’s no problem at all! We’ll seamlessly step in, integrate your existing selections, and handle the remaining details with ease.
